Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business processes and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure applications are performant and maintainable. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and drive alignment across multiple teams. Must have strong Salesforce Lightning Web Components skills, plus solid web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with Salesforce platform features. Based in our Kolkata office, with SME responsibility and a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce platform features and capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education (as stated)
