Job Summary
Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices. Collaborate with multiple teams to make key decisions, manage team performance, and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team challenges. Mentor junior professionals and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow Customer Service Management, with proficiency in custom apps and experience with IT Service Management. Requires minimum 7.5 years of CSM experience and 15 years of full-time education. Based in Bengaluru.
