Job Summary
Develop custom software solutions and oversee production-level AI/ML models, including deployment, monitoring, and MLOps. Serve as a liaison between data scientists, cloud engineers, data engineers, and business teams to diagnose issues and drive model performance improvements. Lead the ML engineering effort, mentor a small team, build dashboards and KPIs to quantify model quality and data accuracy, and stay current with AI/ML advancements to inform recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in machine learning and AI
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or related field
- Master preferred
- 15 years full time education
