Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing tailored software solutions. Role involves collaborating with multiple teams to deliver scalable, high-performing applications, applying modern development methodologies and frameworks, and mentoring junior engineers. Must act as an SME, lead/participate in key technical decisions, and drive best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines. Primary focus includes SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting, with strong emphasis on SDLC, agile practices, and delivering solutions aligned to business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Experience in designing and coding custom software components using modern frameworks
