Job Summary
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Engage in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, with emphasis on integration techniques, APIs, and data modeling. Must have at least 3 years of experience with SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C; 15 years of full-time education; position based in Bengaluru, India. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methods; participate in code reviews and contribute to solving work-related problems while acting as an SME and driving improvements across the software development lifecycle.
