Job Summary
Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration and optimization. Gather business requirements, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations. Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking business processes (leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, time entry, work schedules, time calculations, approvals), configure security roles and reporting. Work closely with integration teams, validate test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues; conduct system testing and stay updated with Workday features to drive process improvements. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding a team to achieve outcomes and providing status updates to the PMO. Requires 3–6 years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence experience, a Time Tracking-certified background, and strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence
- Time tracking certified
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and data model
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
