Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer role focused on developing and delivering analytics-powered software solutions. Responsibilities include delivering applications, dashboards, scorecards, extracts, and curated data views supporting business domains such as Eligibility & Enrollment, Billing & Delinquency, and Customer Service; building efficient workflows for analysts; developing data visualizations; performing data movement and transformation; executing critical business reports; triaging production issues; performing hands-on SQL development and Alteryx workflow development; and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to meet quality standards. Requires strong SQL and Alteryx expertise, data transformation/validation experience, and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalents), Databricks, and Python for analytics or automation, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education. Required Qualifications
- SQL (Must Have) – strong hands-on development and troubleshooting experience
- Alteryx (Must Have) – workflow development, enhancement, and production troubleshooting
- Strong experience in data transformation, validation, and analytics delivery

- Experience in Databricks
- Python knowledge for analytics or automation use cases
