Job Summary
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI to address complex business challenges and automate processes. Collaborate with multiple teams to understand needs, align AI capabilities with business objectives, and ensure timely delivery of application features. Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-team support while facilitating knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Monitor project progress and ensure scalable, responsible use of AI solutions that drive tangible value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience
- 15-year full time education
- Mandatory experience in the primary skill
- Certification in primary skill
- Proficiency in Workday Talent Management
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies
- Experience with integration of Workday with other systems
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Familiarity with user experience design principles
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management
