Job Summary
Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems using modern frameworks and agile practices. Lead team decisions, collaborate with multiple groups on key solutions, and implement best practices to improve development processes. Mentor junior members, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide solutions for immediate and broader team challenges. Ensure scalable architectures, clean code, and performance optimization. Minimum 8 years of Python experience required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Python (Programming Language)
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in Python (Programming Language)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language)
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques
- Must be an SME
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development
