Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business processes using IBM Maximo MAS8/MAS9. Primary focus on Maximo development, integrations with external applications, and BIRT report creation; must mentor and collaborate with multiple teams, guide junior members, and participate in requirement gathering, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, SLA adherence, and delivering end-to-end solutions within MAS environments. Role based in Bengaluru with references to Chennai and Pune offices; 5+ years of experience expected; 15 years of full-time education required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience
- IBM Maximo proficiency (MAS8/MAS9)
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL
