Job Summary
Lead the design, construction, and configuration of software applications as the primary liaison for project-related communications. Responsibilities include independent contribution as an SME, collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components, mentoring junior team members, monitoring progress, and adapting plans to meet client goals. Must have Proficiency in Pega Platform, strong software development lifecycle knowledge, API integrations, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Position is based at the Hyderabad office with a minimum 3-year experience requirement in Pega Platform; 15 years of full-time education required.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Pega Platform
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (15 years of education)
