Custom Software Engineer

Custom Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements on the O9 platform. Responsibilities include participating in requirements sessions with clients, identifying and collecting data from sources (databases, Excel, etc.), understanding the O9 data model for planning use cases, collaborating with architects and directors on functional and technical design, configuring tools in the O9 platform to solve operations and supply chain problems, creating and executing workflow and SIT/UAT test-cases, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, and planning, developing and delivering global training for end users. The role also includes mentoring junior analysts and leveraging expertise in supply chain planning areas (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, S&OP, Detail Scheduling, Procurement) and strong SQL/JSON scripting, data modeling, and ERP exposure. Educational qualification includes a 15-year full-time education with a BTech/BE/MCA background. The position is based at the Pune office with openness to travel (short/long term).
