Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer role involving design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements, with a focus on o9 platform-based supply chain planning solutions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements with clients, designing functional/technical data designs, building complex datasets, configuring tools in the o9 platform, creating and executing SIT/UAT test cases, coordinating with cross-functional teams and IT/business stakeholders, and delivering training for global users. Key skills include deep experience in supply chain planning areas (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, S&OP, Detail Scheduling, Procurement), proficiency in data modeling and architecture, and strong troubleshooting and data analysis capabilities. Educational qualifications include a 15-year full-time education background and a BTech/BE/MCA-equivalent level of education; minimum 5+ years of experience and prior experience with O9 Solutions are required. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, and involves collaboration across teams and travel as needed.
