Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions across Agentic AI, Generative AI, and classical ML/CV. Own technical direction for suggestion frameworks, search/retrieval pipelines, and document extraction workflows. Define end-to-end architecture for LLM/agent systems and classical ML components, establishing evaluation strategies and data governance protocols. Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and produce RFCs and POVs for stakeholders. Requires minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning, 15 years full-time education, and a Bengaluru office location.
