Job Summary
Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications using modern frameworks and agile practices. Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support delivery, perform maintenance and configuration for Kronos modules like accruals and timekeeping, and assist customers with testing and system handover. Mentor junior members while solving problems analytically in an information systems environment. Ready to work in shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Custom Software Engineer
- UKG Pro
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Pro WFM domain
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pro WFM
- Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping
- Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Absence management
- Must have delivery experience in Implementation/Support project as lead/individual contributor
- Must have knowledge on Business Structure Setup in Pro WFM
- Must have knowledge on Labor Category Setup in Pro WFM
- Must have knowledge on Tiles Setup in Pro WFM
- Must have knowledge on Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM
- Must have knowledge on Data Views Setup in Pro WFM
- Must have knowledge on managing CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM
- Knowledge on other UKG modules (Leave, Attendance, Devices)
- Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in Boomi
- SQL Reporting and Boomi certification
- Ready to work in shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT
- Experience in Test automation and/or manual testing wrt UKG platform
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Good to have knowledge on Data Views Setup
- Good to have knowledge on managing CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM
- Good to have knowledge in other UKG modules (Leave, Attendance, Devices)
- Knowledge on building custom reports using BIRT tool
- Good to have knowledge in other UKG modules (Leave, Attendance, Devices)
