Job Summary
Define requirements and design applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, translate needs into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams while monitoring project progress. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and act as a subject matter expert in BlueYonder Enterprise Planning. This role requires minimum 5 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education, based in Chennai.

- Must be an SME
- Must be able to collaborate and manage the team

- Must be able to provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Must be able to facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Must be able to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
