Custom Software Engineer

Design, build, and configure SAP IBP applications to stabilize delivery performance for troubled projects. Assess current states, define recovery solutions, and execute turnaround plans end-to-end, including issue identification, impact assessment, and solutioning. Manage day-to-day execution, sprint coordination, and team coaching while tracking schedule, cost, and quality metrics to drive reductions in Cost of Poor Quality. Address complex technical challenges, resolve dependencies with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks and internal audits.
