Job Summary
Custom Software Engineer to design, build and configure applications to meet business requirements using Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion Sales) and related automation tools. Lead end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic architecture. Drive recovery and stabilization of large-scale, complex projects, establish delivery governance aligned with Agile/SAFe, monitor KPIs and cost controls, manage risk and RAIDs, and collaborate with stakeholders to restore program health. Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation and Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation, plus strong foundations in AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and platform realignment. Desired background includes transformation programs, governance, and coaching delivery teams toward sustained delivery capability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation (Fusion Sales)
- Proven certification: PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Relevant Oracle platform certifications
- 15 years full-time education
