Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Gather business requirements, configure planning applications and business rules, and develop data integration processes using Data Management and EPM Automate. Create calculation scripts, Smart View reports, and financial reporting outputs while integrating EPBCS with ERP and General Ledger systems. Perform system testing, data validation, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements. Prepare technical documentation and conduct end-user training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle EPBCS
- Oracle EPM
- Minimum 8 years of relevant implementation experience
- B.Tech/CA/CMA/MBA
- 4–6 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including Oracle EPBCS
- Strong experience in end-to-end implementation and support of EPBCS applications
- Hands-on expertise in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce, Capital, and Financial modules
- Experience with Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Data Management
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Automate, Data Integration, and metadata management
- Strong understanding of Finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new Oracle EPM technologies
