Greet guests, educate them on wash packages and memberships, and process payments while ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and prepped according to company guidelines. Maintain safe and clean work areas, perform after-hours site cleaning including tunnel equipment and walkways, and follow all safety protocols and grooming standards. Work mainly outdoors and indoors with varied hours as business dictates, adapting to high-volume retail environments while building relationships through strong communication.
