Job Summary
Liaison between manufacturing and customers to evaluate orders and provide manufacturing recommendations based on customer requirements and capabilities; travel as needed to support customer functions and field quality concerns; resolve transactional issues on orders and perform outbound follow-ups; manage daily workload with follow-up calls and timely communication; adherence to HR policies and safety practices; build positive relationships with staff, customers, and partners; promote continuous improvement and quality initiatives; office/mfg plant environment with standard hours 8:00am–4:00pm CST, full-time, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday/OT; location: Shakopee, MN; minimum 1 year experience in Order Entry or Customer Care, Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; GN Benefits include PTO, 401k, parental leave, HSA contributions, and product discounts; salary range $20-$23/hr with potential discretionary bonus.
