Job Summary
Loan Servicing Associate II at JPMorganChase manages a portfolio of loans, interprets complex credit agreements, and coordinates with internal/external clients to address issues and provide resolutions. Duties include initiating loan activities (funding, re-pricings, payments), calculating and monitoring complex interest and fee accruals across varying rate levels, performing quality control on new deals, restructures, and amendments, and ensuring compliance with credit agreements and organizational policies. The role requires strong time management, organizational skills, conflict management, emotional intelligence to build trusting relationships, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client service operations.
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in loan servicing or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning
- Advanced skills in time management and organization
- Proven ability in conflict management
- Experience leveraging emotional intelligence to build trust and guide behavior
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Independent self-starter who can work within a team
- Knowledge of interpreting complex legal credit agreements
