Job Summary
Custom Lending Transaction Coordinator at JPMorganChase Trading Services Associate II — execute daily trading operations with traders, monitor and reconcile trading accounts, prepare and analyze management reports, deliver client service, train/mentor junior team members, manage ad-hoc projects, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Requires extensive trading/financial services experience, strong analytical skills, effective communication, proficiency with Excel and trading systems, ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and knowledge of derivatives, hedging products, and front-to-back operations.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in trading or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Advanced digital literacy for integrating innovative technologies in trade services
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Knowledge of trading systems and financial markets
- Understanding of derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency swaps, FRA, FX, OIS, Bond and Futures)
- Knowledge of front-to-back operations process (confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting) and cross-team impact
- Awareness of infrastructure groups (Finance, Market risk, Credit risk, Operational risk, Legal, Collateral) and role of Trade support
- Proficiency in trading platforms and software
- Understanding regulatory requirements in trading industry
- Ability to leverage digital technologies for process improvement
- Skill in utilizing AI and machine learning to enhance trade service processes
