Job Summary
Assist customers in selecting custom framing solutions and complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time. Maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store environment; operate cash register and handle cash to standards. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and provide solutions while adhering to SOPs and company programs. Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, support Omni-channel processes, and uphold safety, shrink, and company-values. Positive, respectful team member who helps maintain a clean, safe store and acts as a role model for others. Knowledge of basic measuring, framing equipment, and retail operations is preferred; willingness to learn and follow procedures is required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter
- Retail experience preferred
