Job Summary
Assist in final assembly of environmental test chambers in a clean, team-oriented department. Daily use of hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, knives) and basic pipe insulation; may perform brazing after on-site training. Read and interpret simple instructions, bend and run conduit, cut wire, and maintain a clean work area. Requires regular attendance and adherence to Guiding Principles. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills (tablet), ability to read a tape measure, and 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience preferred. Schedule is 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday with some Friday overtime; offers an awesome benefits package and no mandatory weekend work. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving, teamwork, self-motivation, and safety-focused mindset are valued.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience with industrial manufacturing preferred
