Custom Closets Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Process custom closet orders including new orders, replacements, and service requests while partnering with the Design team to ensure smooth transitions through installation. Establish relationships with stores, third-party contractors, and internal groups to communicate order activity and progress, facilitating issue resolution across customers and installers. Adjust installation orders for price and schedule changes as applicable, maintain product knowledge, and provide certificates of insurance based on customer requirements. Manage multiple calls, emails, and inquiries consistently while identifying efficiency opportunities and staying aware of sales promotions. Arrive promptly for the assigned schedule in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, maintaining discretion on all confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and knowledge of Excel

Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Experience in customer service field preferred
- retail experience a plus
- 2-5 years selling experience preferred
- Design experience a plus
