Job Summary
Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects, whether working solo or in teams. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics, utilizing power tools and finish carpentry skills to transform designs into reality. This role offers a flexible schedule with overtime potential, paid training, and a company vehicle provided as required.
Required Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating exceptional spaces
- Experience with power tools and cabinet installation
- Strong attention to detail, precision and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently or in teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus
