Job Summary
Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom cabinets, panels, shelving, die-walls, and architectural millwork products according to shop drawings and specifications. Operate woodworking tools including table saws, miter saws, routers, and CNC support equipment to build high-quality products for commercial and residential projects. Identify material defects or drawing conflicts and communicate concerns to leadership. Ensure final products are clean, complete, and properly labeled before installation. Requires previous experience in cabinet building or custom millwork, accurate measurement skills, and the ability to work safely with various shop tools.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cabinet building, custom millwork, woodworking, carpentry, or commercial casework fabrication.
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform basic math and layout calculations.
- Familiarity with joinery, fasteners, hardware, and assembly techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building commercial cabinets, countertops, wall panels, or specialty millwork.
- Experience with laminate, veneer, hardwood, plywood, MDF, melamine, solid surface, and specialty materials.
- Experience with edge banding, laminating, sanding, finishing preparation, or CNC-supported production.
