Job Summary
Lead role in Custody Product Development covering Corporate Actions, Income, Tax and Corporate Governance. Build out asset servicing SME capabilities within Custody, establish the asset servicing practice, and drive product change/development aligned with governance, regulatory compliance, and client needs. Responsible for market intelligence, stakeholder feedback, and governance activities; collaborate with Product Management, Technology, and Global Delivery to deliver on the product roadmap, oversee risks and issues, and present updates to senior management. Split: Product Design & Development 45%, Business Analysis 45%, Market/Client interaction 10%. Requires 5+ years in Securities Services, strong analytical skills, and experience delivering change in complex environments; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall; global, cross-functional collaboration; and knowledge of custody-related domains.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Securities Services
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience delivering change in complex environments using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Engagement with institutional clients and solutioning operating models
- Knowledge of asset servicing domains (Corporate Actions, Income, SWIFT, Settlements, Tax, Corporate Governance)
- Experience with data integration challenges at scale
- Leadership and team management skills
- Global delivery and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Regulatory awareness and governance
