Custody Product Development - Core banking - interfaces /integration - AVP

Act as Product Owner leading an Agile team to accelerate Gateway development and integration with enterprise applications, and support payments banking and related interfaces. Develop and groom the backlog, write Agile stories and epics, analyze product-related changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and document use cases and operational flows as gatekeeper for quality documentation. Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, and Global Delivery to design efficient operating models and maintain an interface catalogue based on defined data standards. Demonstrate SME knowledge to execute the custody product development agenda, oversee documentation quality, and provide proactive input for the product development roadmap. The role covers 25% Product Design & Development, 70% Business Analysis, and 5% Market/Client interaction. Requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with payments and deposit banking platforms, including familiarity with ISO 20022 pacs and camt messaging standards. Experience as a Product Owner or Principal Product Owner in a global, cross-functional team is preferred; AVP with 3-5+ years in Securities Services or Banking/Payments is desirable.
