Job Summary
Oversight and management of multiple clients in accordance with agreed service levels, KPI, and SLA provisions. Lead and manage a consistent high-quality service delivery to clients while operating strategically with global and regional organizational stakeholders. Drive change in line with divisional objectives and deliver on strategic projects. Ensure business unit compliance with internal and external regulations, followed escalation procedures, and regularly reviewed procedures, systems, and controls against the unit's risk profile. Manage a large team, demonstrate the 'Risk Excellence' culture, and establish effective delegation frameworks to ensure tasks are performed by staff with appropriate capacity and authority. Support the planning and management of daily processes for effective resource utilization.
Required Qualifications

- sound knowledge of custody operations (including settlements and payments)

- sound understanding of both operational and legal entity perspectives

- University Degree in Law or Banking, Finance, Economics
- Previous years of experience in the Banking and Investment Fund business
- Strong understanding of operational processes across all aspects of Global Custody
