Custody Client Facing Associate in Global Custody Services focused on delivering superior client service to custody clients, with responsibilities including timely, client-focused responses, adherence to risk and control framework, collaboration with regional/global teams, development of internal relationships across custody-related functions, and usage of KPIs to drive process improvements. Responsibilities include periodic client meetings, client due diligence, and supporting operational enhancements to settlement timeliness and straight-through processing, leveraging JP Morgan tools for client delivery, and engaging with product, sales, and operations teams to support financial services clients including asset managers, pension funds, and other custody clients in the ANZ region.
