Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, extract carpets, remove trash, sanitize restrooms, wash windows, and perform snow/ice removal across all assigned areas. Clean desks, walls, furniture, doors, entry glass, counters, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures as directed by the custodial supervisor. Maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness of facilities while working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 1:30 PM with no weekends or holidays. Compensation is $13 per hour. Requires a high school degree preferred, previous cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. This team-based role emphasizes a can-do attitude and extensive walking.

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company
- Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold
- Must be able to work Mon - Fri 6AM-130PM
- Must be available for work without weekends or holidays
