Job Summary
Custodian responsible for cleaning, basic maintenance, and opening/inspecting the building; organize daily routines and work schedules; ensure proper maintenance of equipment and supplies; maintain communication with the Custodian Supervisor; ensure building security and prevent unauthorized access; perform custodial and maintenance duties, including summer and vacation-period tasks, as assigned by district administration; requires ability to work in varied weather and noisy environments and to travel between district facilities; background clearance required and strong, student-centered interpersonal skills.
