Job Summary
Custodian duties include cleaning, maintenance, restocking supplies, floor care, and maintaining a safe, welcoming space. Schedule is Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11pm. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of janitorial experience. Must be able to operate cleaning tools/equipment, follow safety protocols, work independently, and interact courteously with staff and visitors. Will identify safety hazards and report to supervisor; contribute to a positive, environmentally conscious workplace. Verde Clean emphasizes safety, sustainability, social impact, and community involvement; offers paid volunteer time off and growth opportunities. Pay is $19.76 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year janitorial or cleaning experience
