Job Summary
Collect and dispose of trash throughout warehouse and production areas, sort recyclable materials, and maintain clean aisles and workstations. Empty trash containers, replace liners, and organize storage and disposal areas to keep floors free of debris and safety hazards. Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures while working independently to support warehouse operations. Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned to help ensure an efficient and productive environment. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to assist in other warehouse duties as business needs require
