Job Summary
Custodian role focused on cleaning and maintaining facility standards: clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming; clean various surfaces and equipment; dust office furniture and wipe desks; clean bathrooms and breakrooms; restock supplies; empty trash and recyclables; strip, seal, and shampoo floors; ensure soap and paper towels are stocked; perform general cleanup including removal of debris; pick up trash in parking lots and surrounding areas; wear PPE to protect from hazards (including hexavalent chromium); perform other duties as assigned.
