Job Summary
Conduct general care and upkeep of assigned areas, buildings, grounds, and equipment at Two Springs Elementary School. Perform fundamental cleaning skills, lift items, and follow directions while handling setup and teardown for activity events. Assist with maintenance support and may mow, trim hedges, or remove snow during inclement weather. Carry out instructions from the custodial leader and building administrator, working Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Enjoy working around children and collaborating as a team; previous experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself or others with or without reasonable accommodations
- capable of regularly attending to the duties of the position assigned
- must be able to lift 50 lbs
- must be able to physically handle setup and teardown of activity events
- must be able to mow, trim hedges, and remove snow
- must be able to work flexible hours in inclement weather
- must be able to work Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- must be able to work well with others as a team
- must enjoy working around children
