Custodian

Conduct daily cleaning and minor maintenance for offices, public spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and drinking fountains. Perform heavy tasks including window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning, and emptying trashcans. Keep the building orderly by wiping surfaces, sanitizing toilets, washing fixtures, restocking supplies, and performing weekly air vent cleaning. Identify and report supply needs, submit work orders, and ensure safe work practices while maintaining equipment. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and regular attendance.
