Custodian

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and various work areas including offices, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, and elevators. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors; spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture; dusts equipment; and washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and door panels. Empties wastebaskets and ashtrays, transports trash to disposal, replenishes bathroom supplies, replaces light bulbs, delivers messages, and sets up tables and chairs. May use a personal cell phone for quality assurance and timekeeping applications. Role requires consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to safety procedures. Bilingual ability and basic computer skills are preferred. Medical, dental insurance, paid vacation, and sick days are available for full-time or part-time employees working various shifts including weekends.
