Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Windsor Park Estates, including all building exteriors, common areas, and amenities. Perform daily exterior grounds cleanup, trash pick-up, and emptying of trash cans. Shampoo carpets, clean parking areas, and clear snow and debris from sidewalks. Clean and replace air conditioner filters, replace light bulbs, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Notify the Property Manager of concerns regarding possible major repairs of lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED with relevant custodial experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work involves extended periods on feet and exposure to outside weather conditions. Zaremba Management Company manages over 5,000 apartment units across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- relevant custodial experience
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of cleaning materials, equipment, and tools
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with staff members, tenants, and vendors
- Displays a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a cohesive team

- an ability to bend, kneel, and reach in order to maintain surfaces of all heights and sizes
