Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily custodial operations across the plant and support facilities, organizing work activities, providing direction and training to staff, and performing hands-on tasks like sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing. Monitor work quality, adjust priorities based on operational needs, and manage external cleaning services while maintaining inventory of supplies and chemicals. Ensure restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and common areas are clean and stocked, complete maintenance work orders, and promote safe work practices. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend coverage for employee vacations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Prior custodial or sanitation experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
