Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine facilities to keep them fresh, clean, and safe for employees and clients. Remove trash and recycling, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues across restrooms, offices, cafeterias, sales floors, and other assigned areas. Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds while performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders. Operate small power tools safely and work independently in fast-paced environments, including areas that may not be fully air-conditioned. Required Qualifications
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis
- Operating small power tools safely and effectively
- Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned
- Standing and walking for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders
- Working independently and effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment
- 1st Shift, Weekends, 6am to 12pm / days will vary
