Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine facilities while sanitizing restrooms, basins, and urinals. Take out trash and recycling, restock supplies, empty wastebaskets, and replace liners. Perform wet floor care using scrubbers, extractors, and buffers, and spot clean soiled areas as needed. Operate small power tools safely and follow all safety guidelines, policies, and proper attire. Lift materials up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods. Work independently or as part of a team on the 3rd shift from 2am to 8am.
Required Qualifications
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis
- Operating small power tools safely and effectively
- Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned
- Standing and walking for extended periods, including climbing stairs and ladders
- Working independently and effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment
- Performing all tasks within proper safety guidelines
- Follows all company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service and proper attire
- Performing assignments according to company schedule and as expected by customer
- Performs all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Management
- 3rd Shift, 2am to 8am
