Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, counter tops, and windows. Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms daily, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and dispensers. Empty trash, recycling, and compost containers, replacing liners and transporting waste to external dumpsters. Keep entryways, walkways, and hallways clear of debris and perform snow removal. Monitor cleaning supply levels, notify management for reorders, and ensure chemical products are stored safely and labeled. Perform basic maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and report major repairs or safety hazards. Requires ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Hourly rate is $16.45/hr. Located in Namao.
