Job Summary
Custodian/Security for Regina Health Center responsible for building safety and security, custodial duties, and building/grounds maintenance. Part-time/PRN roles on 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) with duties including securing/locking the facility, monitoring entrances, trash/recycling pickup, room setup, grounds work (including snow removal), and emergency response for plumbing/water incidents. Also responsible for fire drills and adherence to facility policies and regulations. Requires ability to walk and lift/carry up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds, basic plumbing/electrical troubleshooting, occasional porter duties, and a valid driver’s license.
