Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment across production, warehouse, office, and common areas; perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors and surfaces; sanitize restrooms and break rooms; manage trash and recycling and restock cleaning supplies; conduct regular wipe-downs of high-touch surfaces, windows, and fixtures; complete deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled; assist with setup/teardown and other facility needs to support safety and efficiency of daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be willing to work in a variety of environments including warehouse, production, restrooms, and office areas
