Job Summary
Custodian responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, following daily schedules, handling hazardous waste (collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping/receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging), operating motorized cleaning equipment, reporting incidents and hazardous conditions, complying with safety rules, working in a team, completing punch-list items, maintaining PPE and professional conduct, understanding customer service and reporting systems, and following company procedures. Shift is Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with $17.00-$18.00/hour compensation; SBM Management Services, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
- Completed all safety and task training certification.
- May be forklift certified.
