Job Summary
Conduct janitorial duties and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas, including operating motorized cleaning equipment and managing hazardous waste through collection, sorting, and recycling. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisors while complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Perform repetitive tasks, fill in during staff shortages, and support shift leads in completing punch-list items using proper personal protective equipment. Work Sunday through Thursday from 3pm to 11:30pm at $18.00-$19.00 per hour. A valid driver's license and forklift certification may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Completed all safety and task training certification
- May be required to be forklift certified
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months training or experience
- Bilingual
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
