Job Summary
Custodian responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, daily schedule tasks, hazardous waste handling (collection, classification, storage, shipping, receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging), operating motorized cleaning equipment, maintaining the assigned area, reporting incidents and hazards, following safety rules, working in a team, performing repetitive tasks, and presenting a professional appearance. Requires understanding of customer service, reporting systems, and environment. Qualifications mention no specific education requirement with 3-6 months training or experience preferred; may require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification; bilingual a plus; strong reading/comprehension of instructions and safety procedures; knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals; ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Compensation is $12.00-$13.00 per hour, Monday-Friday 7:00am-10:00am. Location is SBM Management Services, with offices in Wichita, KS and Park City, KS.
